Maggie Donofrio is the GT teacher at KCAA. This will be her 10th year at the school. She graduated from University of Illinois and earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Leadership. She has been an elementary teacher, reading interventionist, math specialist, and has devoted the last ten years to gifted education. She loves finding student strengths and personalizing instruction to meet their needs. She moved from Chicago to Colorado in 2015 for the mountains and sunshine. She loves to go on adventures with her husband and two children, Charlie (6) and Ellie (4).
