My name is Karen Hartmann and I will be one of the speech-language pathologists for KCAA. I am in the speech-language office,04, so stop by!
I started with DPS in 2009 and this will be my 32nd year in the field! I have experience with Child Find through high school levels and have worked in a variety of settings, including Head Start, private practice, and teaching life skills in the classroom. I have been serving students in the SW Denver area since I started in the field.
My husband, Gregg, and I have 2 grown children. Owen is at CU-Boulder in media and communications; Emma works for the African Community Center of Denver working with the refugee Co-Sponsorship program. I am at KCAA Tuesday through Thursday. I am so excited to be a part of the KCAA Staff and help our students reach their full potential!
