All KCAA elementary students receive dance, music, and drama instruction weekly, and experience arts-integrated learning in all their classes at every grade level. In middle school, KCAA students take drama, music, choir, and dance classes. At the high school level, students can elect to take classes in acting, stagecraft, audio engineering, dance, band, choir, and broadcasting in our new TV studio.
KCAA produces 2 musicals and 2 plays every year; one elementary and one secondary. We also hold winter and spring music and dance recitals for both elementary and secondary students. KCAA is also host to Colorado Honor Band, an after school opportunity for elementary students from around Southwest Denver.
