Celeste Mendez

Hi Kunsmiller Families,

I am thrilled to be entering my 13th year as part of the Kunsmiller community! My journey here began as a first-grade paraprofessional, then I transitioned to third grade before finding my home in the front office.

As a Colorado native, I love exploring our beautiful mountains and cheering on the Denver Broncos and Nuggets! I’m a proud graduate of Bear Creek High School and attended Metropolitan State University of Denver. I’m also a mom to two wonderful boys, Mason and Michael. When I’m not at KCAA, you’ll find me supporting my sons at their football and basketball games, hiking, reading, binge-watching my favorite shows, and spending quality time with family.

I’m excited to work with all of our new and returning families this year—2026-2027 is going to be amazing!
