AP Studio Art is a higher level class and students create a portfolio of their artwork. Throughout the course, students develop their own inquiry that guides artmaking through practice, experimentation, and revision of materials, processes, and ideas. In this process-oriented class, students develop and refine their individualized artistic voice in concept, media choice, and technique, while demonstrating their Drawing, 2-D design, or 3-D design skills. Students will then have the opportunity to submit their portfolio to College Board for possible college credits.
